Eggs & Crispy Bacon

4 servings

Ingredients:

4 Large Cage Free Eggs (Organic Brown or White if preferred).

1cup (or a little more) of chopped pieces of Crispy Bacon (pre-cooked / as shown in our Video) The Chopped Pieces of Bacon, should just cover the bottom of each Cup, (this about Portion Control).

Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper (For personal Seasoning after Serving)

1½ / 2oz. of cold water for steaming.

Directions

STEP 1

Heat your Steam Plus pan® over a medium heat (It is the Individuals choice if they would like to Add a little Butter, Oils or Spray (these are not necessary) because you are putting the bacon in First, when the Bacon starts to Sizzle, make a small space in the center of each portion of Bacon, then crack and drop each of your 4 Eggs into the space (this keeps the Egg Yolk centered, this is for better Cooking and the Look (but not essential).

STEP 2

Once the Eggs are turning White, Pour 1½ / 2oz. of cold water into the middle (The Water Reservoir), place the Lid securely and allow to Steam for 30 seconds thru 2 minutes, (the time will depend on how you like your Eggs, Over easy, Medium or Well Done and also on your cooker Heat Control)

Season with salt and pepper to taste (If required)

Serve Immediately.
