Chinese Delight
CHINESE FOOD
There is an excellent selection of various fillings on the market at most Food Stores (Frozen Section)
Ingredients:
1 pkt. Frozen Pot stickers (Shrimp, Crab, Meats Various, Vegetable)
(Average packet carries 20 pot-stickers
4 tsp. of Sesame Oil or if you prefer use your favorite Cooking Oils that you like prefer (or nothing at all but the Flavor is very important)
1 small saucer like Dish for your Oil (to dip the Pot-Stickers in before placing in the Pan)
1½ / 2oz. of cold water for steaming
Directions:
STEP 1
Heat your Steam Plus Pan® on a medium heat (it is always best to start low and increase the Heat) rather than Burn your Pot-Stickers
STEP 2
Dipping the Flat Base of your Pot Stickers in the chosen Oil, Add 4 or 5 to each cup (depending on the size) lift with Tongs and when slightly brown (1 / 2 minutes).
STEP 4
Add 1½ / 2 oz. of cold water to the Centre Reservoir (middle channel) cover with the lid. Steam for 3or 4 minutes. (This a very simple snack to make)
Serve immediately with a delicious dipping sauce (sweet or sourer, or your choice)
