Delectable Burger Recipe
Description
BURGERS (DELICIOUS / JUICY)
BURGERS can be made from various Meats and Vegetables: Beef, Lamb,
Chicken, Turkey, Buffalo, Deer and Ostrich (80% lean meats is good)
8 Burgers or more Depending on the size you would like – (Steam is not
required unless you are adding “Cheese” on top, this will take another 90
seconds of cooking, so allow this extra time, when cooking)
Ingredients:
2 lb. Ground Beef (about 80% fat free, too lean can make for dry Burgers.)
1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage Meat. (Sweet or Spicy your choice)
1 tbsp. Italian Mixed Herbs or Herbs De Provence, your choice.
½ tsp. Sea Salt and 1 tsp. Course Ground Black Pepper (or to own Taste).
1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic (Finely chopped)
2 Large Fresh Free-Range Egg, (Brown or White, your choice)
2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp if prefered)
½ cup. Fine chopped onions (sweet or scallions, your choice)
½ cup. Fine chopped Red Peppers (Red, Green or Yellow, your choice)
½ cup. Bread crumbs or Stuffing Mix (fine) (your choice?)
Directions
STEP1
In a Large Bowl mix the Ground Beef, Ground Sausage Meat, add Italian Mixed Herbs
or Herbs De Provence, Worcestershire Source, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, add the Onions,
Peppers and Bread Crumbs (Mix well using your hands or two spatula’s)
STEP 2
Form the Burgers using a round 4inch pastry cutter, (wipe oil around the inside of
the cutter each time you make a patty, it will slide out easy)
STEP 3
Heat your Steam Plus Pan® on a Medium Heat, not to high, you can adjust.
STEP 4
Place a Burger in each cup, Cooking time will vary according to the personal taste.
The first side can be cooked for 3 minutes then turn your burgers, you can now
judge your cooking time.
