Ingredients
6 Large Cage Free Eggs (Organic Brown or White if preferred).
1cup. Chopped pieces of (pre-cooked) crispy bacon.
¼ tsp. Italian Mixed Herbs (or others if preferred).
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (For personal Seasoning)
Butter, Oils or Cooking Sprays.
1½ / 2oz. of cold water for steaming.
Directions
STEP 1
In a Bowl or mixing Jug, beat together the 6 eggs add the seasoning,
salt, pepper and Italian Mixed Herbs (or others if preferred) to your liking.
Set aside the Prepared Egg Mixture and your other ingredients.
STEP 2
Heat your Eggs Plus pan® over a Medium Heat (It is the Individuals choice what they would like to Add to the 4 Cups, a little Butter, Oils or Cooking Sprays.
STEP 3
Pour your Egg Mixture Equally into the each of the 4 cups. Then add the Crispy Bacon (pre-cooked) Equally into each of the 4 cups. Once the Egg Mixture begins to firm (Moving with a small Spatula) like you do when cooking Omelettes.
STEP 4
Pour the 1½ / 2oz. of cold water into the middle (Water Reservoir), place the Lid securely and allow to Steam for 1 thru 2 minutes, (the timing will depend on how you like your Omelettes and on your Heat Control on your Cooker).
Season with salt and pepper to taste (If required)
Serve Immediately.
