French Toast

4 Servings:

Ingredients:

3 eggs

¾ cup of “Half and Half milk, this makes the Mixture creamy,

½ Tsp of Cinnamon Spice,

½ Tsp of Nutmeg Spice,

Butter or Cooking Spray, (Optional)

4 slices Thick White Bread,

Fresh Fruit Berries, Maple Syrup and Powdered Sugar optional dressing for look

PREPERATION TOOLS:

            Take a 4inch Pastry-Cutting Tool, (this tool is the Perfect Size to fit your “Steam Plus Pan” Cups) On a Chopping or Cutting board, place a slice of White Thick Bread, place Cutting Tool in the center, and press down hard, and using slight rubbing motion, you will remove the outer bread waste Easley.  (keep any waste foods, place in freezer bag “Refrigerate” for other recipes).

STEP 1.

            In a Mixing Jug using a small whisk or fork, combine Eggs, Milk and Spices.

STEP 2.

            Heat your Steam Plus Pan® over a medium heat (It is your choice if you would like to Add a little Butter or Spray.

STEP 3

            Dip bread into the egg mixture and make sure both sides are covered, allow to Soak a little, holding with a fork or tongs allow the bread to drip the excess over the bowl.

            Place the slices into each individual cup, turn the slices over when bread is nicely browned, cook the other side same timing (around 1½ / 2 minutes a side). Remove to a warm plate, slowly pour the Maple Syrup over the toast and dust with powdered sugar and serve warm, add the Fresh Fruit Berries if required
