Delightful Treats
PERFECTLY COOKED EGGS (OVER EASY – MEDIUM – WELL DONE)
4 servings
Ingredients:
4 large Cage Free (Organic Brown or White if preferred) Eggs.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (For personal Seasoning)
2 oz. of cold water for steaming.
Directions
STEP 1
Heat your Steam Plus pan® over a medium heat (It is the Individuals choice if they would like to Add a little Butter, Various Oils or Cooking Spray, these are not necessary) Crack each Egg into the 4 separate cups, once the white of the eggs begins to firm (Not completely).
STEP 2
Pour 1½ / 2oz. of cold water into the (Reservoir) the middle of the Pan, place the Lid securely and allow to Steam from 15 thru 60seconds, (depending on your heat control and “HOW” you like your Eggs)
Season with salt and pepper to taste (If required)
Serve Immediately.
